About Me

Hello,

I’m Sayaka

I embrace both the timeless elegance of classical ballet and the

boundless creativity of contemporary dance. While my nature is

thoughtful and calm, stepping into the studio or onto the stage ignites

a deep passion within me. Dance is where I find pure joy, from the

quiet discipline of training to the vibrant energy of performance. In

classical ballet, I honor its universal beauty and precision, and in

contemporary dance, I revel in the freedom to infuse every movement

with life and meaning. For me, dance is not just an art form—it’s an

ever-evolving journey that connects me to others and allows me to

express the stories words cannot.

Skills

-Living in Movement-

I strive to bring each performance to life, whether through embodying a character’s spirit in classical ballet with precise technique and deep musicality, or through dynamic, flowing movements in contemporary dance. For me, every moment on stage is an opportunity to connect with the audience, sharing the beauty, emotion, and energy that define my passion for dance.

GALLERY

These are some of my favorite stage photos.

They remind me of the beauty and energy of

being on stage

During the COVID-19 pandemic, I had to focus on home training. One funny memory from that time is my dog always stealing my yoga mat! As soon as I rolled it out, he’d lie down on it, turning every practice into a playful little game.
